Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Corporate Plus, we strive to make corporate travel management seamless for our clients. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to reflect the terms of the service providers (airlines, hotels, and other vendors) we partner with, while also incorporating additional charges as necessary. Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings.

1. General Overview

  • All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or other travel service providers booked through the Corporate Plus platform.
  • Corporate Plus reserves the right to apply additional cancellation fees or service charges as detailed in this policy.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the provider’s policies and any applicable service fees.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Cancellation Window: Flight cancellations must be made before the airline’s specified deadline to be eligible for a refund. Each airline has its own cancellation and refund policy, which will be communicated during the booking process.
  • Cancellation Charges: Airlines may apply cancellation fees depending on the fare type and time of cancellation. In addition, Corporate Plus reserves the right to apply a processing fee per cancelled flight.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Some tickets may be non-refundable, as per the airline’s policy. In such cases, Corporate Plus will not issue a refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the airline’s policies and timelines.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation Window: Hotels may have specific cancellation policies, which will vary based on the type of booking, the rate selected, and the hotel’s terms. Please review the hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Charges: Hotels may impose fees for cancellations made within a specific period. Corporate Plus may also charge a service fee for processing hotel cancellations.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Some discounted hotel rates are non-refundable. In these cases, no refund will be issued by either the hotel or Corporate Plus.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for hotel cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days, subject to the hotel’s processing times.

4. Modifications to Bookings

  • Flight Modifications: Changes to flight bookings (e.g., date or time changes) are subject to the airline’s change policy and fees. Any additional costs resulting from these changes will be borne by the customer. Corporate Plus may charge a modification fee.
  • Hotel Modifications: Modifications to hotel bookings (e.g., changes in check-in or check-out dates) will depend on the hotel’s policies. Additional fees may apply, along with a Corporate Plus service charge for processing such changes.

5. Corporate Plus Service Charges

  • Cancellation Fees: In addition to the service provider’s charges, Corporate Plus will apply a cancellation processing fee for each transaction. This fee is non-refundable.
    • Flight Cancellations: 5% of charges or 500INR whichever is higher.
    • Hotel Cancellations: 5% of charges or 500INR whichever is higher.
  • Modification Fees: Any modifications to bookings may also incur service fees from Corporate Plus, as detailed above.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to cancel their booking and does not show up for their scheduled flight or hotel reservation, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-shows, and the full booking amount will be charged.

7. Force Majeure

In case of cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies), Corporate Plus will follow the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider. Refunds or waivers will be issued only if the provider offers them under such circumstances.

8. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • The time taken for refunds to reflect in your account may vary based on the payment provider and any intermediary banks involved.
  • If any portion of the refund is delayed due to the airline, hotel, or other providers, Corporate Plus will keep the client informed of the expected timeline.
